Summerfield Urgent Treatment Centre is committed to giving you high-quality healthcare. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries in the Birmingham area. Our service is open 365 days a year between 8am and 8pm. You do not need an appointment to use Summerfield Urgent Treatment Centre but to avoid waiting times, you are advised to call 111, they will refer you to our service for a telephone call back and if appropriate an appointment time can be given.

Our services are provided by Primary Care Partners on behalf of Birmingham and Solihull ICB.

Service waiting times

The service waiting time can be up to 4 hours on busy days. Some days it may be over 4 hours due to patient emergencies and they will take priority over walk in patients and those that has been allocated a 111 face to face appointment. We will endeavor to see every single walk in patient, however, if we have reached capacity, you will be be asked to reattend the following day or call 111 service for advice and if required, out of hours services.
